The Bushman people are sadly no more to be found in this part of Southern Africa, but their art treasures survive on the private farms where we stay.
Day 1:
We travel to a rock art museum and listen to an expert in the field of rock art and the Bushman. Then, accompanied by our expert, we head to some interesting rock art sites, including one where British soldiers feature.
Overnight: Farm
Day 2&3:
Today we head north through picturesque countryside to explore an abundance of rock art sites in a magnificent kloof. After experiencing the tranquility of South African farm life for three days we head back to the city of East London where our tour ends.
